Gluten Free Easter Dinner
I love to prepare a Gluten Free Easter Dinner for my family. My Mom, brother and I all have Celiac so it is easier for us to enjoy a meal together at home generally than dining out when it comes to holidays.
When it comes to preparing a delicious Easter Dinner I always include our family favorite recipes that we have tweaked to be gluten free. Everyone has a particular favorite.
I like to serve all of my holiday meals on my China. This was my great Aunt Mary’s China that she gave to me when I was in college. It is one of my treasured keepsakes. I used it every year at Easter because it reminds me of her and I love the floral basked design for Easter.
This year we kept it simple and not only was it easier on me because I do all of the cooking, it was also easier with clean up. I hope you enjoy these menu suggestions as much as we did.
