To prepare simply place the rump roast in crockpot. Next spread onions on top of of the rump roast. In a small bowl mix together pepper, salt, garlic and beef broth. Slowly pour mixture over the top. Place the lid on crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. The longer the better. It will become so juicy and tender that you can cut it with a fork! You can also prepare this as a freezer meal. Simply combine all the ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag and freeze. When you are ready to prepare thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place into the slow cooker and cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Ingredients
- 3 - 4 lb rump roast
- 2 onions thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place rump roast in crockpot.
- Spread onions on top of rump roast.
- In a small bowl mix together pepper, salt, garlic and beef broth.
- Slowly pour mixture over the top.
- Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Pro-tip: Season the beef with salt and pepper then sear it in a hot pan on each side till you get a crust on it. THEN put it in the bottom of the crock pot. It’ll add a lot of flavor.
