Gingered Fruit Salad

- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 quart strawberries
- 1 mango
- 3 kiwi
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 TBSP honey
- 3 drops of ginger oil or 1 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Wash and dry fruit
- Slice Mango, Strawberries and Kiwi
- Add Blueberries
- In a bowl whisk lime juice, honey and ginger oil
- Add to fruit
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
- Serve cold
