Candy Corn Halloween Fruit Cup
This yummy Candy Corn Halloween Fruit Cup is a healthy treat for all little monsters and goblins. It is perfect to serve on Halloween as a treat before heading out to go trick or treating.
My little monsters love this dessert and I like to serve it the night before Halloween after our family dinner. I like this dessert as an alternative to candy. It is still festive and delicious without the additional sugar. Kids will be getting lots of sweet treats trick-or-treating so I like this alternative to sugar.
Use clear plastic punch cups for this recipe. You can pick those up at the local dollar store or grocery store. This is perfect for serving and clean up. All you need is a can of mandarin oranges, can of pineapple chunks, whipped cream and candy corn. Start by filling the cup with pineapple chunks, about 1/3 of the cup. Next you layer a couple scoops of mandarin oranges. Finally top it off with whipped cream. To finish you place a candy corn on the very top of the whipped cream and serve!
This is an easy recipe that can be prepped in advance. Just add the whipped cream and candy corn right when you serve it. If you put the whipped cream and candy corn early they will melt. We hope you will give this easy Halloween recipe a try. It is fun to make and serve and the kids will love it! I often find they like fruit better than baked goods. Give these fun Candy Corn Halloween Fruit Cups a try! You will be glad you did.
