Season the pork chops if desired with salt and pepper. Place the pork chops in bottom of the slow cooker. Next, sprinkle apple and onion slices on top of pork. If you want to prepare this as a freezer meal simply dump all of the ingredients into a gallon size ziploc bag and freeze. - 3 apples sliced (I used Granny Smith)
- 1 medium onion sliced
- salt and pepper to taste if desired
- Season pork chops if desired.
