DIY “Owl Miss You” Gift Bag
This DIY “Owl Miss You” Gift Bag is perfect for the end of the year gifts for kids. As a teacher you can give them to your students or as a parent you can make them for your son or daughter’s classmates. It is so simple to make with a few items and the possibilities are endless to fill them with whatever you or your child wants.
DIY “Owl Miss You” Gift Bag:
All you need to make this gift bag is brown paper lunch bags, construction paper, scissors, hole puncher, glue stick, marker and thin ribbon. Plus the items you want to put inside. I filled the bags with candy for my son’s Kindergarten class.
DIY “Owl Miss You” Gift Bag
Start by cutting out the circles for the eyes with white construction paper.
Next cut out the “belly” part with whatever color paper you want to use.
Glue the belly onto the lunch bag starting at the bottom.
Next fold in the sides at the top and fold over to make a triangle. (See picture for reference)
Next glue the eyes on and position on sides of the triangle.
Now you can use markers and color in eyes. Also write on the “belly” Owl Miss You
Next step is to cut out yellow diamond shapes to make the beaks and glue these on.
Now you can fill the bags.
Last step is to make 2 hole punches and tie a ribbon through.
They are ready to be handed out!
