Disney Springs Droid Factory
The Disney Springs Droid Factory located at Disney World is a must visit if you are Star Wars lovers! Which my family is, so we did not want to pass this up when we visited Disney Springs during our vacation. The experience gives guests the chance to build their own Droid as they wish and then purchase it afterwards.
Disney Springs Droid Factory – Is It Worth the Hype?
The Droid Factory (located at Disney Springs) has 71 different pieces to create the 3 ¾-inch figures. To start the process, each guest picks a dome, a body and legs offered in a variety of colors and styles. There are optional third legs and novelty hats that can be added on. Guests can also name their droids with sticker sheets provided at checkout.
My youngest son who was 6 at the time had so much doing this. He used his souvenir money that he had for the trip and took time to really put together what he wanted. He played with his droids non stop during the whole trip. Be sure to visit the Droid Factory if you go to Disney Springs, which I highly recommend!
