Crockpot Ranch Potatoes recipe is the perfect slow cooker side dish for most meals!  If you love ranch and you love potatoes this side dish recipe is a must try recipe for you.  It is also a great recipe to make for a large family gathering or party.  Everyone will love the cheesy, ranch potatoes and will be asking for the recipe!  Trust me once you try it you will be glad you did!

Recently, I went to visit my family at the campground..  One of my brother’s friends, Dawn made this delicious crockpot recipe and I just had to share it with everyone because it is that good and of course because you can make it in your slow cooker!

To prepare, simply line the slow cooker with foil and spray with non-stick spray (this is important to make the potatoes crisp). Place a 1/3 of the potatoes in the crockpot and sprinkle a 1/3 of the cheese and ranch mix on top, repeat two more layers. Place the lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.  Serve and enjoy!  This recipe is simple and easy to make and everyone will love it!

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds potatoes red or gold
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Line slow cooker with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  • Place a 1/3 f the potatoes in the crockpot and sprinkle a 1/3 of the cheese and ranch mix on top, repeat two more layers.
  • Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
