Crockpot Creamed Corn
Let me start off by saying how much I love this Crockpot Creamed Corn recipe. My hubby and I were just smitten by how good this simple dish was.
It is so easy to make with just few ingredients but it will most likely become your favorite side dish to have. On the particular day that I made this I also had my other crockpot slowly cooking up Beef Tips and Gravy.
To start this easy Crockpot Creamed Corn recipe you will need a package of frozen corn, a block of cream cheese, butter, salt and sugar. That is it! With only 5 ingredients you will have a delicious side dish the whole family will love. First, spray your slow cooker with cooking spray (or use a crockpot liner). Mix everything together in the slow cooker, place the lid on top and let it slowly come together. Be sure to stir well before serving. That is it! This is a simple dump and go slow cooker recipe.

Crockpot Creamed Corn

- 1 24oz pkg of frozen corn
- 1 block of cream cheese softened and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter cubed
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients and place in crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-3 1/2 hours or until cheese is melted.
- Stir well before serving.
