Crockpot Coca-Cola Pork Roast

Crockpot Coca-Cola Pork Roast has only 2 ingredients in this moist roast!

Crockpot Coca-Cola Pork Roast is an easy dinner recipe to make! I love recipes like this one!  It is perfect for a busy night!  This is one of the easiest crockpot recipes EVER!  The roast comes out so tasty and moist.  All you need for this recipe is a pork roast and 1 cup of Coca-Cola!  That is literally it! You can put salt and pepper on the roast for seasoning if you want but you don’t have too.

I put this in the crockpot on a Sunday morning and left for the day and when we came home it was perfect and the aroma in my home was amazing! In my other crockpot (I have 5 of them!) I put in Crock Pot Baked Potatoes and we also had green beans.   You can serve with some cornbread or rolls and you will have a complete dinner that everyone will love.

What I love is that if you have extra Coca-Cola from a party that you can use it.  I have even used flat coca-cola for this recipe and it worked great too!  Simply place the roast in the slow cooker and pour the coca-cola on the roast.  Season with salt and pepper and let it cook for up to 10 hours.  This is the perfect recipe when you are gone all day long.  Just let it cook nice and slow and you will have a delicious and tender roast at the end of the day.

We hope you enjoy this easy Crockpot Coca-Cola Pork Roast as much as we did!  You can also use a beef roast for this recipe. It is soon to be a family favorite for sure!

Hi, I’ve had problems in the past cooking a decent pork roast so I am eager to try this recipe. I read elsewhere that it should be marinated in the coke for awhile before starting to cook it. Do you think that might be a good idea and worth a try, or is it just a waste of time that could be better spent eating pork roast?

  2. I am currently going to try this for my family for I don’t have coke so I’m trying with cherry pepsi

    1. Ooh, this sounds interesting! Makes me think it would be good with pineapples as well, then tossed w/some BBQ sauce when it’s done!

Did you ever make the pork roast with the Cherry Pepsi. & if so, how did it turn out?? 😀

  3. This is a silly question…. how much longer would a larger pork roast, say 9 lbs, require in a 6 quart crock pot? I’m thinking Dr Pepper might be good instead of coke.

  4. I’m actually going to make this tomorrow. Do you think I can add brown sugar and pineapple chunks? I know people use it for ham but I was thinking it would be okay. Every recipe I’ve seen tell me different times the pork loin cooks so I never know which one is right. I plan on making sandwiches with it but sliced not pulled.
