Crockpot Boneless Pork Chops with Cranberries and Apples

Crockpot Boneless Pork Chops with Cranberries and Apples is a healthy slow cooker dinner meal with only 5 ingredients!

Crockpot Boneless Pork Chops with Cranberries and Apples recipe is a delicious, healthy slow cooker meal!  My husband and I loved this easy dinner, we even saved the leftovers for lunch the next day.  The cranberries and apples give this recipe a refreshing sweet taste combined with the balsamic vinegar.  I served the pork chops along with green beans and rolls.  My husband suggested that I make some Crockpot Baked Potatoes next time to go with the pork, but he is also a meat and potatoes kind of guy!

Crockpot Boneless Pork Chops with Cranberries and Apples is a healthy slow cooker dinner meal with only 5 ingredients!

For this easy crockpot meal all you need is 5 ingredients and some seasoning.  It only took me five minutes to combine everything in the slow cooker in the morning.  Then when I got home, I sliced up the apples and added them in.  While the apples were cooking in the crockpot, I made the side dishes.  Lightly oil your crock pot to make cleanup easier (optional). Place onions in the bottom of the crock pot., then layer pork on top of the onions. Pour balsamic vinegar over pork. Salt and pepper pork. Pour cranberries over pork. Cook for 6-8 hours on low. Add apples and cook until tender (about 40 minutes). Salt and pepper to taste and serve.

(You can also prep ahead of time and place in a freezer safe bag and freeze until ready to use as a freezer meal.)  Simply thaw and place into the slow cooker when you are ready to eat.  Be sure to try Crockpot Boneless Pork Chops with Cranberries and Apples soon, because you will not be disappointed with this clean eating, gluten free crockpot meal!   It is perfect for fall.
