I like to drink my green smoothies from a glass canning jar or other tall glass. You can add a lid and save the second one for an afternoon snack or the next day. You can even freeze green smoothies.

Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut water
- ½ cup water
- 1 large handful spinach
- 2 drops wild orange or citrus bliss essential oil
- ½ cup of frozen peaches
- 1 banana frozen
Instructions
- In a blender combine coconut water, orange essential oil and spinach and blend
- Add peaches and banana and blend
