Ingredients
2cupswhite onionquartered and separated
2lbsboneless pork chops
1/4cupbalsamic vinegar
1/2tspsalt
1tspblack pepper
2cupsfresh cranberries
2cupsapple slices1/2 inch thick
Instructions
Lightly oil your crock pot to make cleanup easier (optional).
Place onions in the bottom of the crock pot., then layer pork on top of the onions.
Pour balsamic vinegar over pork.
Salt and pepper pork.
Pour cranberries over pork.
Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
Add apples and cook until tender (about 40 minutes).
