Crockpot 3 Ingredient Pork Chops Recipe is so simple to prepare and is perfect on busy weeknights for supper!

Simply place the pork chops in the bottom of the crockpot. Mix together the beef consommé, dry onion soup packet and water. Pour over the pork chops. Place lid on and cook on low for 4 hours.
That is really it!  I found that cooking for 4 hours was the perfect time and it didn’t dry out the pork chops.  They were actually really tender.

I like to make this recipe when I find pork chops on sale or on managers special.  It is an affordable recipe that you can easily double to feed a larger family or group.  Best of all, no one will realize how easy this recipe is to make because it tastes so delicious.

I served this delicious Crockpot 3 Ingredient Pork Chops with twice baked potatoes and green beans.  You could serve it with rice or noodles and a side salad too. I hope your family enjoys this delicious Crockpot 3 Ingredient Pork Chop dinner as much as we did.
