Crockpot 3 Ingredient Pork Chops
Crockpot 3 Ingredient Pork Chops are so simple to prepare! All you need is boneless pork chops, dry onion soup mix and 1 can of beef consommé. This dinner recipe couldn’t be any simpler! Last week I shared a recipe for Dry Onion Soup Mix and that is what I used instead of buying a packet at the store. I like to use this recipe because I can control the ingredients.
If you decide to use this Dry Onion Soup Mix Recipe all you need is 4 Tbsp of that mix instead of the packaged version. This 3 ingredient Pork Chops crockpot meal is full of taste and did I mention super easy to make with no fuss!
Simply place the pork chops in the bottom of the crockpot. Mix together the beef consommé, dry onion soup packet and water. Pour over the pork chops. Place lid on and cook on low for 4 hours.
That is really it! I found that cooking for 4 hours was the perfect time and it didn’t dry out the pork chops. They were actually really tender.
I like to make this recipe when I find pork chops on sale or on managers special. It is an affordable recipe that you can easily double to feed a larger family or group. Best of all, no one will realize how easy this recipe is to make because it tastes so delicious.
I served this delicious Crockpot 3 Ingredient Pork Chops with twice baked potatoes and green beans. You could serve it with rice or noodles and a side salad too. I hope your family enjoys this delicious Crockpot 3 Ingredient Pork Chop dinner as much as we did.

Love your crockpot!! The owls are so cute and wish they would bring those kind back. My husband loves pork chops, I think he would like them everyday, so will be making this soon!!
I also meant to say, I love crockpots, too and have several. Use mine all the time and love the ease and convenience of having meals ready and not much work. I think the food tastes great out of them and have had no complaints!!
Yes, the crockpot is adorable! And, the recipe looks yummy! We are having pan fried/oven baked pork chops tonight. Thanks for sharing.
