Copycat Starbucks Iced Mocha Recipe

Copycat Starbucks Iced Mocha Recipe

There is nothing more delicious to me than a Starbucks Iced Mocha after I drop Peyton off for school. However, a visit to the coffee house is a special occasion splurge for me. I LOVE to treat myself occasionally but purchasing expensive coffee house beverages on a regular basis can REALLY blow your budget.

I decided to figure out how to make my own coffee house favorite at home and I am so glad that I did. This recipe costs me a fraction of the cost at the coffee house and is SO easy to make!  Both my husband I fell in love with this recipe and best of all it is Gluten Free!

With only 4 ingredients I made this recipe in just minutes!  I actually made my coffee and then placed it into the fridge to chill before jumping into the shower.  After I was dressed I made the recipe and enjoyed a nice Iced Mocha at home for a fraction of the cost of what it would have cost me at the coffee house.

This delicious recipe is so easy to make but no one will EVER know that when they taste it. In fact my husband couldn’t get over how delicious this coffee was. I chose Hershey Chocolate Caramel International Delight and there was no need to sweeten the coffee before adding it.  Really only two ingredients if you don’t garnish it. However in my opinion you must go for the full effect and add whipped cream and chocolate syrup.  The International Delights is gluten free, just make sure your other items are gluten free or make your own whipped cream and chocolate syrup

In fact I think using International Delight to make Iced Mocha is a great treat for Mom (no need to share this one with Dad 🙂 Did you know it is National Coffee Month? This is a great way to celebrate!  I love the new International Delight logo too. Look for it when you go to the store. I love the new packaging! It makes me happy!

I’m willing to make this because I miss Starbucks, but holy hell, being health conscious, this is well over 400 calories, and 60g carbs (if you’re Keto this is a HECK NO.) But sounds amazing and I’m about to sip sip hooray!
