Busy Mom Pasta Salad

Busy Mom Pasta Salad is a great side dish recipe for busy Moms!  Use the Classic version of Suddenly Salad (Betty Crocker). Prepare as the box says. Then add ingredients you love. I added, frozen peas, sunflower seeds, feta cheese, plus tomatoes and cucumbers from my garden.

Busy Mom Pasta Salad is perfect for the Mom who is on the go with limited time but still wants to serve up a nice dinner. Isn't that every mom?

In the past I have used cherry or grape tomatoes and broccoli. Sometimes we put shredded cheese or regular Parmesan on top too.  You could even add meat if you desire. I like to make this in the summer for potlucks or picnics. It is a shortcut recipe that everyone enjoys. They will never know it comes from a box with a few additional ingredients.

  1. Thanks so much for this. I often find this at a great deal but thought that there was too much sauce. Never thought of adding other things.
