Breakfast is also the most important meal of the day, you should make sure you eat something that will keep you full and that fuels your body. That is why I love to have a nice bowl of oatmeal to keep me going til lunch time. Another great reason is because oatmeal is high in fiber.
All you need to make this delicious breakfast is oatmeal, blackberries, strawberries and honey. Blackberry Oatmeal is also a clean eating recipe! It is simple to prepare. Simply boil your water and add your oatmeal, blackberries and strawberries. Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Once complete simply add a little honey and then enjoy this delicious breakfast that is perfect for on the go!

Blackberry Oatmeal

- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup blackberries
- 2 strawberries chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Heat water in pot to boiling.
- Stir in oatmeal, blackberries and strawberries.
- Reduce heat to medium and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 1 minute.
- Add honey for sweetness, you as much as desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
