Highly recommended by Dr. Oz to boost metabolism. Apple Cinnamon Metabolism Water is simple to prepare and tastes delicious!

Apple Cinnamon Metabolism Water is highly recommended by Dr. Oz. It is simple to prepare and tastes delicious! I hope you love it as much as I do.  Apple Cinnamon Metabolism Water will boost your Metabolism with the combination of cinnamon and apples, it has really been working for me.  I added sliced fresh ginger root to mine too.  It gives it just another health boost!

Detox Water is a great way to kick off your weight loss!

Another one of my favorites is this Lemon Detox Water (also by Dr. Oz.)  I like to drink the Lemon Detox Water two days and the Apple Cinnamon Metabolism Water the next.  I have been doing off and on for a week back and forth between the two drinks.  You want to eat clean while you drink the metabolism water.  Avoid processed foods and stick to whole foods.  I like to eat fruits, vegetables and protein and eliminate carbohydrates and processed foods.

I also like to drink green smoothies in combination with the waters.  If you don’t enjoy “plain” water you should really love this apple cinnamon water.

  1. I love that you can use the ingredients 3-4 times before switching out. That is really resourceful! Love this idea and cannot wait to try it 🙂

  2. My apples are brown in my apple cinnamon detox?
I had just started this detox and within the first day my apples turned brown and I think are making me sick. Is this what is suppose to happen? It said to leave the apples and cinnamon in there for 3-4 refills, I haven’t even refilled yet and my apples are brown. Do I stop drinking it? Or do I do something different.

    1. You know how the inside of an apple will turn a brownish color if you expose it to air for a while? It’s like that. The apples should still be good to use.

    2. Browned apples won’t make you sick – however detoxing can be extremely cleansing. My apples didn’t get brown but I sliced them and immediately put them in water with the cinnamon and ginger.

  3. I just started this today, and started feeling sick late in the afternoon, and a headache. I have been eating, and it kinda feels like a hunger headache, but not sure why I am feeling nauseas. Could this be because of the detox? Do I keep drinking?

Does anyone know if I can replace the appples with apple sauce. I cant find an apple in Alaska to save my life!
