Weight Watchers Tatziki Dip
We love this Weight Watchers Taziki Dip for everything from afternoon snacks, to using in place of sauces on sandwiches and tons of foods. I love the fact that I can eat a TON of this dip and its so low calorie and low point. An entire batch of this is only 1 Point Plus! If you eat it with things like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower or similar fresh raw veggies, you have a great snack that is hearty, delicious and has added protein and calcium. Seriously what more could you want?
Weight Watchers Taziki Dip
I love anything that is easy to make. This dip is a 5 minute process that is truly one of the easiest things I’ve ever made. Especially since I love this Weight Watchers tzatziki dip so much! Now, I confess. I have a secret weapon. It’s a tiny mini food processor. That thing is amazing for shredding the cucumber I simply peel, dice and toss into the food processor. A minute in there and it is done!
NOW ZERO POINTS ON FREESTYLE!
You take your shredded cucumber, a carton of Greek yogurt, lemon juice and a pinch of dill and mix together. Kids can even do this one it is so easy!
Weight Watchers Taziki Dip - 1 Point Plus
Print RecipeIngredients
- 1 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Medium Cucumber peeled and shredded/grated
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Dill Weed
Instructions
- Peel your cucumber and remove seeds if desired.
- Shred in food processor, or grate by hand.
- Combine cucumber with yogurt, lemon juice and dill.
- May add salt, pepper and a bit of garlic powder to taste if desired.
- Serve with fresh raw vegetables, pita bread or crackers.
This usually makes enough for a couple of large servings. I could easily eat it all at once, but try to break it down into two servings. I have eaten it with veggies as shown, or on pita with grilled Greek chicken. It’s also a great substitute on a sandwich or in a wrap instead of heavy and calorie laden Mayonnaise.
