Brownie Cookie Cups
Brownie Cookie Cups are a fast and easy dessert idea. It will be frugal too when matched with coupons and a sale! I love that it looks like you spent a lot of time on this dessert though 🙂 This is my go-to dessert when my husband “forgets” to tell me they are having a dessert day at work.
I just make up a batch of Brownie Cookie Cups and everyone is happy. My Pampered Chef Consultant gave me this recipe. The pan is Pampered Chef too. My cousin Mary makes these and calls them Brookies. Whatever you call them – your guests will call them delicious!

Can you use a different candy? Not a fan of Reese…
Sure! Snickers would be amazing!
could I use a cupcake pan instead of the rectangle pan? Would baking time be about the same? Thanks
I have never tried a cupcake pan. I think you will have to increase it a little but it should work.
What size Reese’s did you use? The big ones or the bite sized ones? Thanks
Big Ones 🙂
Thanks, did u use all of ur brownie mix or did u have leftover? Also when you served them did u do cookie part up or the brownie part up? I am trying these this weekend and can’t wait!
