These cookies sound delicious. I love lemon. I wonder if these could be made with other cake flavors. Have you ever tried?
We haven’t tried but I am sure it would work and be great!
I just found your site and am looking forward to making some of the recipes! I do have a suggestion…I follow Weight Watchers and am finding that some of your recipes don’t show the PP+ in the actual yellow recipe box ( i.e Lowfat Lemon Crinkle Cookies). I’ve been copy/pasting them to a word document and adding a note about points which you list somewhere in the description but would love to just be able to save them to my recipe box. I suggest you add the points into the recipe itself. Keep up the great work! I’m excited!
Thanks! We will!
Wow, I love lemon, especially in a cookie. These seem so simple, this would be great to make with the children. I would love for you to stop by and share on my weekly recipe link up, Kids and a Mom in the Kitchen. Here is the link to this week’s linky:

These look so yummy!! Thanks for linking up at Tell Me About It Tuesday. I hope you will hop over and join us next week.
What a yummy sounding recipe. My favorite lemon cookies have always been the cakemix type where you add 2 eggs and 1 c. oil, but these healthier cookies sound just as delicious and look it too! Thank you ladies for sharing such a tasty treat. Visiting from We are That Family. Hope your week is beautiful!

The points system has changed since you last published this. Can you please tell me the nutritional information for this recipe? Calories, Fat, Sat. Fat, Carbs, Fiber, Protein and Sugar. And also what is the serving size? Two cookies? Thank you! Instagram-losingweighttofeelgreat
These are really good but there’s no way they are only 2 points. I added all the points from the cake mix, egg, fat free cool whip and sugar and I got 5 points each.
