Weight Watchers Chicken Verde Soup
I love any meals that can be cooked in my Crockpot and are easy for making as a freezer meal. This throws together in just a few minutes, but can also be prepped for the freezer, thawed overnight, and slow cooked all day for a delicious and an easy to prepare meal everyone loves.
I used chicken I had already cooked and shredded, but you can easily use 3 large chicken breasts with the other ingredients in your freezer bag, then simply shred the meat after it has cooked. Also, I love the Herdez Salsa Verde for this recipe, but you can use any Verde salsa that you prefer.
Don’t miss our delicious Weight Watchers Crockpot Chicken Verde Soup! A delicious and easy meal that works as a freezer meal, healthy option, and Crockpot meal!
