Vanilla Lavender Sugar Scrub
Vanilla Lavender Sugar Scrub is a perfect DIY gift to make for someone or yourself! If you are looking for an inexpensive gift for a birthday or Christmas then you should look no further. Plus you can make this homemade sugar scrub for yourself!
This Vanilla Lavender Sugar Scrub is so easy to prepare with only 4 ingredients. Yes, you only need sugar, oil, pure vanilla extract and lavender essential oil. You can put the sugar scrub in a jar or container of your choice. I like to place it into a ball canning jar and tie some raffia at the top for gift giving.

In a glass bowl combine the following ingredients and stir together well. You can easily double, triple or quadruple the recipe when making for gifts.
1. First start with 1 cup of sugar (white is what I used, but you can use brown sugar too).
2. Next add in 1/4 cup oil (I used grape seed oil, but you can use olive, almond or coconut. Any oil of your choice or what you have on hand).
3. For the last step add in 1 tsp vanilla extract and 5 drops of Lavender essential oil.
This Vanilla Lavender Sugar Scrub would make a lovely Christmas or Mother’s Day gift idea! It will exfoliate dry skin and hydrate at the same time and it smells amazing! Best of all it is relaxing too. After using it you will be sure to be stress free. Perfect to use dry just rub your hands together to help remove dry skin and hydrate. There is no need to use lotion after because the oil moisturizes. It is also great to use on your feet, elbows and legs. You can even shave with it in the shower. A great DIY gift idea that costs very little but that everyone will enjoy receiving.
