7 Layer Dip Cups

It’s almost Cinco de Mayo time!  We made these fun and festive 7 Layer Dip Cups to celebrate!  This would be perfect recipe for a Fiesta themed party or Taco Tuesday.

7 Layer Dip Cups

We served this delicious dip with José Olé Mexican snacks but you could always serve with tortilla chips too. I love how easy they are to prepare and to serve.

7 Layer Dip Cups

With the addition of the José Olé Mexican snacks this is the perfect way to satisfy appetites and celebrate this fun, festive occasion. My son loves mini tacos and taquitos with this 7 layer dip.  I love the individual servings that is perfect for portion control and eliminates the risk of double dipping!

You could also serve with traditional tortilla chips. This is the perfect appetizer for game day or any party. I love the individual cups for serving. It really helps with portions and this is a festive addition to any party table when you make them in clear plastic cups. To prepare simply layer in a clear punch cup in this order – refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, black olives, green onions and garnish with tomatoes (or salsa). Best of all you can customize to suit your families taste. I love making these every year for Cinco de Mayo because my niece was born on that day!
