Tuna and Rice Carb Cycling Lunch
Tuna and Rice Carb Cycling Lunch is my go to during the week when the kids are at school. I love tuna and my boys are not big fans of it but I sure am. I like making tuna salad or Tuna Sandwich also.
Tuna is something I always have on hand in my stockpile along with rice and that is all you need for this recipe! Just 2 ingredients needed so you can’t beat that!
My husband thinks this is a strange lunch idea but it is really tasty. Tuna and Rice is a high protein meal idea when you are carb cycling. You can use white or brown rice. Give this lunch idea a try! Sometimes I drizzle a little lemon juice or olive oil on it if I have them on hand.

I add a little mayo
I used to make this when I was in culinary school all the time! It’s cheap and easy. My husband, then boyfriend, hated it when I made it. Lol. I would throw the tuna in a pan and cook it a bit to get it kind of crispy! Yum!
