Monday – Keto One Sheet Chicken and Broccoli Dinner Meal

Thursday – Slow Cooker Whole Chicken with Roasted Cauliflower and Roasted Asparagus
Friday – Keto Bacon Ranch Stuffed Burger with lettuce, tomatoes and avocado slices and Corn on the Cob
Saturday – Keto Skillet Chicken Fajitas served in romaine lettuce wraps with toppings
Sunday – “Brinner” Keto Scrambled Eggs, bacon and fresh salsa to top eggs
