Summer Fun – Watermelon To Go

My son had never tried watermelon, that was until I added a stick. He got interested while I was cutting it but after I added “sticks” he actually asked me for a Watermelon To Go!

Watermelon To Go is better than a sugar filled Popsicle and your kids will love this summer time treat.

He started out nibbling and ended up eating the whole piece! I was thrilled. If you are looking for an alternative to Popsicle’s this summer we have a healthy alternative for you! I love this idea for eating watermelon on the go!

In addition to making it fun it also made it easy for him to eat.  Just cut a small slit in the bottom of the rind and add the Popsicle stick (I suggest the larger size) and you are ready to go! You can also freeze it for a few minutes to give it more of an icy taste.
