Strawberry Cake Cookies are the most requested cookie I make by my friends and family. If only everyone knew how simple they are to make. This cookie has a nice crunchy outside but a very moist center. These cookies travel well in a container and I make them every year for a teacher gift from my son for the Holiday party at school.

Strawberry Cake Cookies are simply to prepare and taste AMAZING! No one will realize they are cake mix cookies!

Ingredients

1 box Strawberry cake mix
1 large egg
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cake mix, egg, oil and water.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Then roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Let cool before serving.

Notes

Instead of rolling into sugar you can also use powder sugar.
