UPDATE: I found this article that was written so long ago. At the time this article was written, I would have never been able to fathom what is going on in the world. I have stockpiled my whole adult life and now it is life. We have limited how often we go to the grocery and have thrown things together from the pantry. This lifestyle I have been living my whole life prepared me for 2020! Thankful is the only word I can describe the way I was raised. During the flood of 1997, we joked with my grandparents about their toilet paper soaking up the flood! Sadly, it didn’t and they were displaced for some time. My Grandmother would give things to other people less fortunate. She stockpiled for our family but also for those families around us! I learned some very important values from that amazing woman!
