I prepared this freezer meal in an afternoon when doing 15 crockpot freezer meals for my family’s dinners. With back to school activities in full swing, I wanted to make a bunch of prep ahead meals that I could make for my family.
I got busy finding and creating recipes so I could take an afternoon and have meals ready to go for my family. What brand of French Onion soup did you use? We don’t have any available in a 15 oz size.
Campbell’s. I used 1 1/2 cans.
Wish the shopping list said to buy 2 just saw this now and only had 10 oz. 🙁
How many pounds of chicken is 4 to 6 breasts in this recipe? You use 4 to 6 in most of your chicken recipes and I’m not sure how much that is…
Normally 4 chicken breasts are 1 lb. Unless you get ginormous sized chicken breasts (often the frozen ones). We generally used 1 1/2 lbs. chicken for 4-6 chicken breasts and it fed a family of 5.
