Slow Cooker French Onion Beef Stew Recipe has only 4 ingredients! It tastes so yummy!

Slow Cooker French Onion Beef Stew Recipe has only four ingredients but is full of such great flavor in every bite!  I really think the French onion soup makes this beef stew taste so good. My husband and my oldest son kept saying how good it was and that they want me to make it again before they were even done eating.  So needless to say, it is on the menu plan this week!

Place the beef stew in the slow cooker. Pour canned soup over the beef. Add in minced onion and stir. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add frozen vegetables to crockpot and stir. Place lid on and cook on low for 1 hour.

Easy Freeze Slow Cooker Directions: Combine beef stew cubes, minced onions and peas and carrots into freezer safe storage bag. Freeze.  When ready to cook thaw in the refrigerator overnight.  Add to the slow cooker with French Onion Soup and cook as directed above.

My family loves when I serve 7up Rolls or Sugar Cornbread with the beef stew. They like to dip their bread into the beef mixture. Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew cubes
  • 1 can French Onion soup
  • 2 Tbsp minced onions
  • 1 bag 10 oz frozen peas and carrots

Instructions

  • Place beef stew in slow cooker.
  • Pour soup can over beef..
  • Add in minced onion and stir.
  • Place lid on and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Add frozen vegetables to crockpot and stir.
  • Place lid on and cook on low for 1 hour.
  • Serve and enjoy!
