I am excited to share these Simple Steps to Prevent Cancer with you. Reports suggest that a healthy diet and physical fitness can prevent many cancer cases. According to Web MD Medical News, about a third of common forms of cancer could be prevented through a healthy diet, physical fitness and limiting alcohol intake. I thought that sharing these simple steps to prevent cancer could benefit us all!
Simple Steps to Prevent Cancer:
Step 1: Adults should do at least 150 minutes of moderate physical exercise throughout the week. Just simply make it a goal to do 30 minutes a day.
Step 2: Quit Smoking and Avoid Excessive Sun Exposure.
Step 3: Limit consumption of high calorie foods and sugary drinks.
Step 4: Eat more vegetables, fruits, whole grains and beans.
Step 5: Avoid processed foods.
Hopefully you are making some resolutions to make some of these changes in your lifestyle.
