Savory Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Savory Slow Cooker Pot Roast is so good and is a great comfort food recipe! I love using McCormick products especially their spices. This was the first time using a McCormick seasoning mix and I loved the flavor. This is a great kitchen shortcut. It was so easy to get all my ingredients together in the crockpot and then just add the packet. Now on the packet it says you can use water, but I wanted to use beef broth and loved the taste! I would highly suggest it!
This pot roast recipe is great for a weeknight dinner or a huge Sunday dinner with the family. I served Sour Cream Rolls along with the pot roast and vegetables. The family loved it. You could serve with noodles to stretch the meal too. If you are feeding a large crowd that is a great tip. I like to pick up pot roasts when I find them on sale or managers special to use for this recipe. It is always a crowd pleaser.
It is so easy to make. Simply place all of vegetables into the bottom of the crockpot. Next place roast on top. Mix together the packet and beef broth. Pour over everything. Place lid on and cook on low for 8-10 hours. This is a great recipe for busy days. Just dump everything in and head out for your day.
Savory Slow Cooker Pot Roast is so good and is a great comfort food recipe! It is so easy to throw in the crockpot and have a full dinner once it’s done! I hope you enjoy this delicious pot roast recipe as much as we did.
