Queso Dip
This Queso Dip recipe only needs two ingredients, that’s right only 2! This is the perfect appetizer to make for Super Bowl parties. I am getting excited to make all my favorite appetizers and this is one of the easiest to make.
Velveeta and a can of Rotel make this dip out of this world! I like to make mine in the crockpot so I can have more time to make my other appetizers, but you can always make this in the microwave if you want to munch on it right away 🙂 Just be careful not to burn the cheese. I used a 2.5 size crockpot when I prepared this recipe. You don’t want to use a large size slow cooker unless you double or triple it.
Best of all this is a naturally gluten free recipe. Simply cut up the Velveeta cheese into 1 inch cubes and place in the crockpot. Add your can of Rotel (do not drain) and let the flavors combine. Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours. I like to stir it occasionally to be sure it is evenly melting and does not burn. Trust me this is going to be the easiest appetizer that you EVER make and a crowd pleaser too!
Serve it with any brand of tortilla chips or Fritos and you will have a happy group of guests. Perfect for game day, holiday parties, work parties or tailgating. This is a yummy appetizer that everyone will enjoy!
