Pot Roast Open Face Sandwiches
Pot Roast Open Face Sandwiches is the perfect recipe to use leftover pot roast for. My husband loves having these sandwiches for an easy dinner during the week. He says it reminds him of his childhood and brings him comfort. I love how easy the meal is to make. I can have it prepared and ready in less than 30 minutes. Pot Roast Open Face Sandwiches is a great recipe for leftovers!
When I made these Pot Roast Open Face Sandwiches, I had recently made Slow Cooker Melt In Your Mouth Pot Roast Recipe and had left overs. All you need to do is toast some bread and spread butter or margarine on it. While making the toast heat up the left over pot roast in a sauce pan or skillet. In a small sauce pan heat up some brown gravy. Before serving put some pot roast on top of the toast pieces and spread gravy on top of everything! So simple and easy but full of great taste.
