Peppermint Cocoa Dippers

I am in LOVE with these Peppermint Chocolate Dippers. They are the perfect addition to your Christmas celebrations this year!  They go perfectly with a cup of hot cocoa or with a cup of hot coffee this winter.

In fact they would be perfect for a winter or holiday party or even better after sledding.  I can’t wait to use these Peppermint Cocoa Dippers on Christmas morning this year.

Pour the Wilton candy melts into a microwave safe dish. Heat them in 30 second increments, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Let cool 3-4 minutes before dipping your marshmallows.

Place one marshmallow on each candy cane and set aside (see photo).

While the chocolate is cooling put about 5 small candy canes into the sandwich baggie. Use the rolling pin (or small hammer) to break them into small pieces. Pour the sprinkles out into a small bowl and set aside.

Dip each marshmallow one at a time halfway in the chocolate and then sprinkle with the Peppermint pieces (see photo). Lay it on the baking sheet to set.  Repeat with all the marshmallows and candy canes. To speed up the drying process place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
