Open-Face Shredded Pork
Open-Face Shredded Pork is a great recipe to use up any leftover shredded pork you may have. A couple weeks ago I posted a crockpot recipe –> Crockpot Coca-Cola Pork Roast. I had leftovers so I came up with this Open-Face Shredded Pork recipe idea.
All you need to make the delicious pork is the left-over shredded pork and a jar of gravy. Mix them together and serve over some mashed potatoes. I used this recipe for my potatoes –>Secret Ingredient Mashed Potatoes.
I love being able to cook once and eating two meals from it. Just be sure you use a large enough pork loin when you make your roast so you can save yourself another meal prep. So, cook once and eat twice and also that is less dishes too! I call it a mom win. I hope you enjoy this Open-Face Shredded Pork recipe.
