Miss Debbie’s Coffee Bread
Miss Debbie’s Coffee Bread takes me back to my childhood! This delicious recipe is named after a very lovely lady named Debbie who was my babysitter growing up. She had a daughter who was a year older than me and we were great friends. So even after I was older and didn’t need a babysitter I was still always over at her home and she would make this coffee bread that was out of this world! I thought I was cool because I was having coffee, but little did I know it was decaf!
So still to this day I like to make this wonderful peanut butter bread covered with coffee. I use my Keurig machine and brew up some coffee. On this particular day I used the flavor Dark Magic, but you can use any kind that you want too. Now that I am an adult I love to enjoy this with a cup of coffee too! I like to purchase my coffee from Cross Country Cafe because it is one of the best online resources for coffee deals. The Dark Magic Coffee that I used in this recipe is really rich and smooth too!
Be sure to reach this post on how to clean your keurig machine.

I was highly skeptical of this…coffee and peanut butter??? However, I decided to keep an open mind. SO GLAD I DID! Holy CRIMINEY this is DELICIOUS! So simple, so, for lack of a better word, weird. This may become a favorite snack. Sheer perfection. A little protein, a little sugar, a little bit of carbs and caffeine, GREAT afternoon pick me up!
