Mini Blueberry Shortcakes
These individual Mini Blueberry Shortcakes are perfect for a hot summer day or any time, for that matter! You can prep these a day ahead and your guests will be delighted. I love the look of a dessert in a mason jar. When I made this delicious dessert I used Wyman’s of Maine Frozen Blueberries.
To prep this dessert ahead of time all you need to do is layer the angel food cake and blueberries in the jars. Place them in the fridge overnight and this will allow the blueberries to thaw, if you use frozen. Right before serving dollop some whip cream on top. I used my homemade recipe to make the whip cream. You can find it by clicking here —>Homemade Whipped Cream.
Mini Blueberry Shortcakes are the perfect dessert when you are having company over! These are my Dad’s favorite! We made them for Father’s Day and they were a hit!
