Monday – “Brinner” Keto Eggs and Avocados served with Roasted Tomatoes
Tuesday – Keto Avocado Tomato Hamburger with Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese
Wednesday – Keto Turkey and Salami Cheese Pepper Sandwiches with Sauteed Mushrooms, Squash and Zucchini
Thursday – Keto Crockpot Salsa and Cheese Chicken with Roasted Broccoli
Friday – Leftover Keto Crockpot Salsa and Cheese Chicken in lettuce wraps
Saturday – Salmon with Mango Salsa (omit Mango Salsa) served with Roasted Vegetables
Sunday – Seasoned Vegetable Kabobs served with Cauliflower Rice
