Clean Eating Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday – Quinoa Stuffed Green Peppers and for dessert Two Ingredient Mango Sorbet
Tuesday – Unstuffed Turkey Cabbage Rolls and for dessert Apple Cookies
Wednesday – “Brinner” Sweet Potato Breakfast Casserole along with Blackberry Oatmeal
Thursday – Easy Lemon Shrimp with Sauteed Zucchini and Squash
Friday – Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas served with sour cream, shredded cheese and soft tortillas
Saturday – Clean Crockpot Pot Roast Recipe, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Roasted Broccoli
Sunday – Black Bean, Corn, Tomato & Avocado Salad and for dessert Strawberry Spinach Smoothie
