This flavorful, easy Keto Slow Cooker Southern Roast Recipe will quickly become a family favorite! It is so simple to prepare with only four ingredients and the best part is it cooks for 10 hours. I love crockpot recipes that take at least 10 hours, so I can be gone all day and not worry that it is overcooked or dried out. To prepare this low carb, southern roast just place it in the bottom of the slow cooker. Next sprinkle a packet of ranch seasoning and packet of au jus mix over the roast. Place 5-6 pepperconi’s on the roast and a stick of butter. Place the lid on the slow cooker and let it cook all day. That is it! So simple and tastes delicious!

- 3-5 lb chuck roast
- 1 packet of Ranch Seasoning mix or homemade mix
- 1 packet of au jus mix
- 5-6 Peperoncino peppers
- 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Place the roast in a 6QT slow cooker.
- Sprinkle both packets of mix on top of roast.
- Place Peperoncino on top of roast along with the stick of butter.
- Place lid on slow cooker and set to low for 10 hours.
- Remove roast and serve.
