How To Freeze Unfrosted Cakes?
Before you frost your cake, you may wrap it tightly and freeze it for up to six weeks before frosting and then eating. It’s best to thaw unfrosted cakes unwrapped at room temperature and then frost. This is a tip that many seasoned cake decorators actually use and was shared with me by my friend Doris years and years ago. I hope this helps you decorate cakes like a pro too!
