How the Grinch Stole Christmas Party
We hosted a How the Grinch Stole Christmas Party for Peyton’s class room party this year. It was so much fun and the kids LOVED the theme!
We did this party on a budget but the kids would never know! It was a fun party theme for the kids as it is a classic and also for the parents and teacher too!
For our decorations we made Grinch Balloons.
For our entertainment we played Pin the Heart on the Grinch Party Game, printed these free Grinch coloring sheets, made Rainbow Loom Bracelets in Christmas colors and made a photo ornament that I picked up at Micheal’s for 70% off using their school pictures.

For our menu we served pizza, Grinch poppers, Grinch punch and Grinch cookies. The kids LOVED our menu! It was easy and best of all it really carried out our theme.
In our treat bags we placed Grinch Dust, “Grinch Pills”, a pencil, and some candy. The kids loved the Grinch Dust and Grinch Pills and best of all they cost very little to make.
Finally for our gift to each child we made these hand painted Grinch Ornaments in advance and handed them out the kids at the end of the party. They were a huge hit! The kids LOVED them!
The How the Grinch Stole Christmas Party was a HUGE success! All of the kids and the teacher loved the party! As Room Mom I was thrilled with the party theme and how many compliments and Thank You’s that we got from the kids and parents who attended. This would be a great theme for celebrating Dr. Seuss birthday too!
