If you are visiting Holiday World this is a great addition to your visit. You can tell this is a family-owned business. The guides are very attentive and full of information. Our children were so excited because it was their first time to ride on a horse. They were given detailed instructions and they rode like pros.
Family Fun Horseback Riding at Santa’s Stables in Santa Claus, Indiana:
We took the 45-minute guided tour and enjoyed talking with the guides about the history of the land and the business. It was one of the greatest experiences with my children and they have not stopped talking about it. A 45-minute-long trail ride is available, as well as a 20-minute option. The horses will safely walk nose to tail. Pony rides are available for younger riders.

- No weight limits
- Special needs riders accommodated
- Must be 5 years old to go on the trail ride
- Ponies available for younger riders.
Children ages 5 through 7 will ride double with Trail Guide. Full rates will apply. Please make sure you make reservations for 5-7 year olds.
