Melissa is a Heart Warrior, and we love that she eats healthy each and every day to keep her heart working to its best!

Enjoy our menu planning ideas.  We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner”.  It also keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftovers or dining out night if desired).

We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.

Monday – Meatloaf in a Muffin Tin, Roasted Broccoli and Low Fat Snickers Pie

Tuesday Low Fat Chicken Enchiladas with fresh fruit over frozen yogurt for dessert

Wednesday Grilled Chile-Lime Chicken with Homemade Sweet Potato Fries for dessert Cinnamon Apple Chips

Thursday – Low Fat Parmesan Crusted Tilapia and Crockpot Baked Sweet Potatoes 

Friday – Country Bob’s Baked Pork ChopsRoasted Cabbage Steaks and for dessert 3 Ingredient Ice Cream

Saturday – Crockpot Honey Rosemary Chicken, Roasted Cauliflower and Gingered Fruit Salad 

SundaySalmon with Mango Salsa, Crockpot Baked Potatoes and for dessert Low Fat Dark Chocolate Cookies
