Slow Cooker Garlic Pepper Beef Roast Recipe
This easy and delicious Slow Cooker Garlic Pepper Beef Roast Recipe tastes so good and is very fulfilling! My husband loves this scrumptious hearty beef recipe.
My family loves garlic in their food and I love to put it in everything when I’m cooking. The more garlic the better is my motto, but I know that is not true for everyone. So please feel free to adjust the level of garlic you want for yourself and your family. Garlic is also good for your immune system, so be sure to try this crockpot recipe once it gets colder out.
You only need three simple ingredients for this easy slow cooker meal, that you probably already have on hand in your pantry and kitchen . I was able to get my beef chuck roast at my local Kroger grocery store on a manger’s special. So I was able to get the beef for half the cost it would of normally been. You can also stock up on roasts when they are on sale at the store, just freeze them until you are ready to use them. I would make sure to place into a freezer Ziploc bag to ensure you won’t get freezer burn on the meat.
If you do not have Tastefully Simple Garlic Pepper in your pantry, you can make your own mix by simply mixing equal parts of garlic powder, minced garlic and black pepper together in a small bowl. This is also a great spice mix for steaks, chicken and pork. I love to use the spice mix when grilling chicken and pork chops on the grill. Be sure to try this tasty and super easy Slow Cooker Garlic Pepper Beef Roast Recipe, you and your family will not be disappointed at all!
