I ate Garlic Lemon Wings similar to this on vacation and decided to duplicate the recipe. I think mine turned out even better! They are perfect on a hot summer day.

This is a healthier recipe too! I love to marinade these and then pop them in the oven and enjoy them with some grilled veggies. Nice because they are baked and not fried. They have a really delicious flavor. I love to enjoy them for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole lemon
  • 12 whole Wings
  • 1 TBSP ginger
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Wash the chicken wings
  • Add to a gallon zip loc bag
  • Add the juice of 1 lemon, olive oil and spices and marinade overnight.
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done and they start to brown.
