Eggo Wafflers Ice Cream Sandwiches
Eggo Wafflers Ice Cream Sandwiches are so tasty and an easy to make dessert. All you need is a package of Eggo Wafflers and some Breyers Ice Cream. I chose Breyers Ice Cream in Vanilla & Chocolate so I could please my boys with their favorite flavor of ice cream.
My kids love Eggo Wafflers and ice cream, so when I made these Ice Cream Sandwiches for them they were over the moon excited! My 14 year old son kept asking for more! You could also add sprinkles the sides if you want. They are perfect party treats too!
If you like waffle cones with your ice cream you are really going to fall in love with this delicious ice cream sandwich. It is the perfect summer treat!

Eggo Wafflers Ice Cream Sandwiches are so much fun for the kids to make and eat!
I’m glad to come across this. We used to get these in Rehoboth Beach when I was a kid and they were so special! Looked it up and saw a lot of people have recipes where they toast the waffles first. We never did! I may try the good ol’ square waffles at Trader Joes.
How long will they keep in the freezer?
