DIY Acne Treatment

DIY Acne Treatment - All Natural and REALLY works! This is a great life hack!

If you are looking for a DIY Acne Treatment, we have the perfect solution for you!  My Dr. shared this tip with me, and I decided to give it a try. Now, I will tell you that I have dealt with acne my entire life.  I have PCOS and I battle flare ups often.  I take a probiotic daily and it also really helps.

This is a simple Life Hack and will save you a ton of money!  Simply crush up probiotic pills and combine the powder with a little bit of coconut oil! After it forms into a paste you just apply that to your acne spots.  I have actually used this on some cystic acne and had some great results too.  Again, in combination with taking it internally as well.  I personally LOVE the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Critical Care 50 billion or higher count and find the best results with that.

We have an article on how to choose a good probiotic that you may be interested in as well.

  1. I have never thought about using a lemon to reduce acne. Lemons are really useful for healing sore throats and colds, it makes sense you can use them for your skin. This seems like a really great idea. Thanks for the advice!
